Naeris is an elven goddess revered in Kehzan. She is the patron of agriculture, food and shared meals. She lived in the early days of the Kehzan Federation as a Minakshi priestess and built many refuges in kehzan to help refugees from the Cauponian empire expansions. Her charisma helped her convince many rulers and powerful merchants to donations and helping her organize meal distributions to the population.

It is said that on her soon to be deathbead, Minakshi herself came to Naeris and carried her to the divine realm. Effectively deifying Naeries. Many think the Naeris cult is only an extansion of Minakshi's one and they are one and the same.

The cult of Naeris in Kehzan is known for their library of cookbooks and agricultural knowledge, often helping farmers in their profession and organizing public and free gatherings where people shared food made by the monks or attendees. But as one of the goals of the temple is to gather and record recipes and culinary culture from accross Pandokh, the young Naeris monk generally goes on a pilgrimage in search of unknown recipes and experiencing different cultures. These pilgrimages most often take the monks to other countries or continents for a couple of years, though it is not rare that elven monks keep this life for a few decades.
